İş Tanımı

• Managing accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Preparing tax declarations and supporting communication with tax authorities when required.
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Supporting budget and forecast analysis, monitoring variance analysis.
• Assisting with statutory reporting, audit, and financial analysis.
• Identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Supporting finance operations, including recording and reconciling bank transactions, monitoring bank accounts, and coordinating operational matters with banking partners.
• Supporting day-to-day finance operations and coordinating operational matters with the Manager, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of financial processes and transactions.
• Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Aradığımız Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a growing corporate environment.
• SMMM (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Good command of accounting and ERP applications. ERP system migration / ERP implementation / ERP transition experience is preferable
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics BC) is highly preferred. Familiar with other ERP programs such as Micro is also preferable
• Familiarity with IFRS would be a plus.
• Understanding of TEKNOPARK Tax and Accounting Regulations is highly preferable
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
