İlan Detayları Programme Background: Improving the employment prospects for the refugees and host communities by high-quality VET and apprenticeship in Türkiye VET4JOB Phase II is the second phase of the VET4JOB-I program, in which the European Union Delegation to Turkey is the contracting authority and EDUSER and EXPERTISE FRANCE are the implementation partnersThe programme has started on March 1, 2024 and is planned to be finalised on November 30, 2028.The Overall Objective OO of the Programme is to improve sustainable livelihoods and employment prospects for STuP & PuIP and host communities in Türkiye by supporting their skills development through high-quality VET and apprenticeship training in line with labour market needs.City of Residence: ANKARAPreferred Start Date: 01.09.2024Period of Assignment: 51 monthsMinimum Qualifications RequiredHolding Bachelor’s or master degree,Knowledge and experience on qualitative and quantitative research techniques.,Actively using MS Office programs, but especially advanced user of ExcelFluency in Turkish native and English speaking, reading and writing,Good at working with numbers, practical minded,Having the ability to solve problems,Having no travel restrictions.Preferred QualificationsPreferably with at least 3 years of experience in European Union projects,Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation,Preferably familiar with the design and applications of data collection tools such as KoBo Toolbox.Main Duties and Responsibilities Preparation of data collection tools for all programme activitiesSharing data collection tools with each programme provincial Ankara, Adana, Mersin, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Antep, İstanbul, Kocaeli, İzmir, Bursa, Konya ve Kayseri responsible person and providing necessary trainings,Collecting data entered by each programme provincial responsible person until a certain date every monthArchiving the supporting documents of the data collected from the program provinces and confirming the quality and accuracy of the documents,Compiling all the data and sharing it with the central team officials,Sharing and consulting with the relevant responsible person in the programme implementation partner, to make the necessary changes and corrections, if any, and to re-share them with the central team officials,Periodically analyse aggregated monitoring data in line with programme targets,After sending the analyses to the central team officials and receiving confirmation, preparing and sharing them with the field staff according to the relevant levels ieRegional, provincial,Making the necessary preparations and creating graphics for the analysis to be used by the Reporting Expert and Programme Coordinator during the reporting periods,Supporting the reporting expert in the reporting processes,During external evaluation, providing the requested data,Contributing to the evaluation processes in reports given to program implementation partners, beneficiaries and contracting authority, when necessary,Carrying out all other duties requested by the Programme Budget & Finance Manager and Programme Coordinator regarding programme activities.Deadline for CVs: 16.08.2024 – 17:00 pmWe kindly request you to send your CV in Turkish and-or English to IMEP Budget & Contract Manager MsTezay Karagül Only shortlisted candidates will be informed and contacted.
