IT Support Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Managing all infrastructure, communication, office and warehouse setups.
• Supporting IT requirements of business units and setups for customer projects on business Units.
• Following up personally and with a third party to keep an eye on all IT resources.
• Assurance of physical and proactive security systems are established and followed as per KN standards and as part of business continuity and ensuring all used IT Equipment, Software, Communications are in line
• Investigate personally and with a third party and report the IT issues given by the National IT Manager.
• Preparing all purchasing forms, following purchasing and all IT stocks as well as recording all IT purchases to IT equipment list and preparing IT fixed asset labelling.
• Working on monitoring and alert systems for all communications and IT devices
• Managing clients including IT software and security setups, pc setups, giving help desk support to users, training users on best usage and security issues.

Your Skills And Experiences

• Bachelor's degree within IT or equivalent studies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields
• Advanced level of English skills
• Extensive hands-on knowledge on Windows Server 2016, Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 10), MS Active Directory, MS Exchange
• Proven knowledge on LAN, communications setups and technologies (TCIP / IP), DHCP and DNS server and administration of patch panel, switch, cabling, wireless connections, setting up modems
• Conscious experience in managing hosts with VMware management.
• Adequate communication with third-party vendors and having knowledge of ITIL and ISO 27001.
• B Class driving license and ability to travel between the warehouse locations.
