We are looking for a ''Customer Service Representative'' for our global business partner operates in Adana/Çukurova.
Receives and processes all types of customer orders.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Generate daily closing reports and ensure data accuracy during season.
Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint
Management process and return policies.
Follows desk procedures/policies in compliance with internal control processes and provides monthly documentation.

A Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience is an asset, but not required
At least intermediate English proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Active listening and demanding customer management skills
