International Patient Sales Representative (Medical Tourism)

We are looking for motivated and sales-driven team members to join our medical tourism agency, which provides professionalaesthetic and dental treatment services to international patients. Candidates must be fluent inat least one of the following languages: English, German, or French, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: English, German, or French
• Previous sales experience in the medical tourism industry is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

Key Responsibilities

• Establish first contact with international patient leads
• Explain suitable treatment plans and provide pricing information based on patients' needs
• Manage the sales process and follow up with prospective patients
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and travel arrangements
• Keep CRM records up to date and prepare daily activity reports
