Technology Lead

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Technology Lead" for our global technology business partner.

Qualifications

• Experience Typically 10–15+ years of broad technology experience, including 6–10+ years leading managers and expert teams in a large, regulated, multi-domain technology environment.
• Education Master’s degree or equivalent level. Relevant cyber security, cloud, payments or blockchain qualifications are advantageous.
• Track record Demonstrated ownership of technology strategy, annual plans, budgets, headcount, standards, platform integration, legacy operations and complex transformation at significant organizational scale.
• Domain strengths Strong grounding in secure technology implementation and integration, cyber security, architecture and operational resilience. Payments, cloud, blockchain, digital assets or custody experience is advantageous.
• Leadership Strategic and commercially aware; balances stakeholders, builds effective teams, drives results and ensures accountability. Able to influence senior local and Group stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & governance; set the Türkiye Technology strategy and target operating model; translate Group priorities into roadmaps, annual investment plans, technology standards, resource choices and clear decision rights.
• Platform delivery; lead delivery and integration of modular digital-asset capabilities, including the engine, system of record, APIs, key management, wallet and custody services, compliance integration and vendor components.
• People & organization Lead; coach and hold accountable a large multi-domain organization through its leaders; build scarce capabilities, strengthen succession, engagement and retention, and sustain a high-performing agile culture.
• Risk & resilience; embed cyber security, financial-crime controls, key and wallet controls, operational compliance, regulatory readiness and service resilience across the technology estate before external exposure.
• Stakeholder outcomes; align Retail Banking, Wholesale Banking, Payment Settlement Services and Group stakeholders on use cases, dependencies and enterprise decisions, turning technology delivery into measurable customer and business value.
• Operational performance; ensure reliable 24/7 services, healthy legacy operations, disciplined vendor management and transparent budget, headcount, capacity and service performance.
