Supply Chain Manager

Job description

• Manage the team of purchasing/logistics and planning in order to achieve company goals
• Design and implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
• Fulfilling all responsibilities regarding Foreign Operations, dealing with the custom consultant in order to solve spot problems on import
• Monitoring warehousing and distribution processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments and fully possessing the process of preparing and receiving shipments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in engineering or related departments
• At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain areas including Materials Management, Global Trade Management, Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Inventory Management and Optimization
• High leadership capabilities to bring vision and improvements in different areas of the Supply Chain
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience with SAP and excellent command of MS Office program
• Strong problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask
