Store Manager

Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.

We are looking for a Store Manager (İzmir Location) for our multinational client, which is the leading luxury retail industry.

Job Description

• Lead overall store operations, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence
• Drive sales performance and profitability through effective business planning and KPI management
• Develop, motivate, and coach the team to achieve individual and store objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, leveraging CRM strategies to enhance loyalty and retention
• Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and service excellence are consistently upheld
• Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize productivity and commercial opportunities
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of luxury retail experience, including significant store management responsibility
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales results and achieving business targets
• Strong leadership, people development, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and drive business growth
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about luxury retail, client experience, and team excellence.
