Candidate Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience specifically in infant and toddler care (ages 0–3).
• Language: Fluent in English (to actively support the child's early language development).
• Personal Traits: Trustworthy, honest, affectionate, patient, and highly attentive to hygiene and safety standards.
• References: Must provide verifiable, positive references from previous families or employers.
• Work Arrangement: Live-in position; candidates must be flexible to travel with the family if required.
• Legal Status: Eligible for legal employment/residency processes in Turkey.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing all daily routines for the baby, including sleep training, nutritious meal preparation, feeding, and playtime.
• Organizing engaging, age-appropriate educational games and activities to support cognitive and motor skill development.
• Maintaining complete cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the baby’s room, clothes, toys, and dedicated living spaces.
• Providing regular, transparent, and proactive updates to the parents regarding the baby's daily routine, health, and milestones.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $1,600 USD (Net)
• Benefits: Weekly Off Allowance + Official Social Security (Work Permit Sponsorship)
