We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in IzmirThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and contributing to Freight Consol International s overall success in TurkeyThis position will report to the Overseas Director in our Corporate OfficeMain Responsibilities:Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.To identify and follow new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sector.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.Preparing and presenting presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaborating with the global team to ensure smooth service delivery.Providing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.Attending meetings at the Istanbul office once a month.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and remotely. Proficiency in Turkish and English languages.Desire to travel to Istanbul once a month.
