Sales Support / Customer Service Specialist

Our

client is a leading international manufacturer and distributor of specialty

chemicals, serving a wide range of industries for over 65 years. We are seeking

an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to join their

Turkish sales office and build a long-term career within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders

accurately enter them into the system, and ensure timely shipment

arrangements

• Communicate with customers

regarding orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules, providing effective

solutions when issues arise

• Monitor warehouse stock levels

and regularly update minimum stock requirements

• Review logistics costs and

identify cost-effective shipment solutions

• Prepare and maintain monthly

reports

Gereksinimler

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a

relevant field

• Minimum 3–4 years of

experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Stock Management or a

similar role within a trading company

• Good knowledge of Micro or

similar ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications

• Strong organizational

analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Flexible, proactive, and

customer-oriented approach

• Hard-working, disciplined

quick learner, and detail-oriented

• Good command of English, both

written and spoken

• Military service completed

(for male candidates)

• Preferably residing on the

Asian side of Istanbul with convenient access to metro transportation
