Roadfreight Operations Specialist

What are you going to do?

• To manage the whole process from receiving the cargo from the sender to the delivery of the goods to the buyer in line with the incoming requests (Import and Export)
• Ensuring daily operation flow by meeting with customers (senders and receivers) and suppliers simultaneously
• Organizing customs, shippings and paperworks
• Making timely entries to global systems and working in coordination with the accounting unit
• Presenting reports to senior management and customers upon request.

What are we looking for?

• Graduated preferably from Logistics, International Trade or FEAS departments of universities
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of Road and Intermodal International transportation operations
• Fluent in English
• Developed written and verbal communication skills, successful in human relations
• Inclined to teamwork, adaptable to intense work tempo, open to change and development
• Careful and meticulous
• Solution-oriented and analytical thinking
• Able to use MS Office Programs effectively
• Not related to military service (For male candidates)
