Roadfreight Operation Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant qualifications, at least 2 years of management experience
• Preferably know policies, procedures related to international transportation
• Experience in the international roadfreight operation management
• Preferably experience in freight forwarder companies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight/management of Transportation Operations and write an operational report
• Specify the target customers by analyzing customer potential to reach turnover target according to the strategies of sales and growth of the company
• Analyze, increase the profitability of the operation and search the ways of reducing the costs
• Able to work on pricing with the colleagues related to the details of the projects
• Follow and participate in the related tenders announced
• Manage supplier relations, follow the performance of suppliers, and extend the portfolio of suppliers
• Administer the contract with the customers and suppliers
• Maintain budgets and expenses according to the budget schedule.
