İlan Detayları Position: Receptionist -PRF-2407-01001-1486Job Location: MHPSS Center, -Rehanli, TurkeyReporting to: Administrative OfficerWorking area: Rehanli , TurkeyNumber of positions open: 1Last date for application: August 5, 2024 Summary of the positionImplement all the requested administrative tasks, including reception of visitors with a welcoming attitude and appropriate appearance, and referral the visitors in a good manner that reflects the image of the organization while maintaining the confidentiality of informationKey relationships: Psychiatrists, psychologist, PSS workers, and MHPSS Center staff  Main tasks and responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office in a professional manner, and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.Oversee the car log, register appointments, and coordinate with the driver.Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail-deliveries.Organize and coordinate daily food requests for lunch breaks in cooperation with the office boy.Coordinate with the administrative officer regarding administrative tasks printing, scanning, etc..Coordinate with maintenance workers in case maintenance is needed in the office.Other tasks are assigned by the administrative officerTHE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTSMandatory Qualifications required.A University Degree is required.One year’s experience as a receptionist is desirableLanguages:Fluent in written and spoken Arabic Language mother tongue.intermediate written and spoken Turkish LanguageCompetencies:Follow upCONTRACT CONDITIONSThe salary will be defined according to the SAMS Turkey Office salary scale.Interested candidates may please send their resumes and fill out the application at the following link:
