R-D and Quality Control Executive

We are looking for a ‘’R&D AND QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE” for our client operating in the construction chemicals industry. This position will report directly to the Operations Director.

General qualıfıcatıons

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PCE concrete admixture production within the construction chemicals industry.
• Experience in product development (R&D) in concrete chemicals is required.
• Good command of English is required.
• Must be currently based in Istanbul or willing to relocate to Istanbul.

Job descrıptıon

• Develop Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) concrete admixture products in the R&D laboratory.
• Lead the establishment and manage the R&D and Quality Control laboratories.
• Collaborate with the R&D laboratories of our client's group companies in other countries.
• Lead the establishment and implementation of a Quality Management System.
