İş Tanımı

Lead the development and implementation of project controls systems, processes, and reporting frameworks.

Manage planning and scheduling activities, including baseline development, critical path analysis, and progress monitoring.

Establish and maintain robust cost control, forecasting, and performance measurement processes.

Prepare and present project controls reports, dashboards, and management insights.

Support risk and change management activities, assessing potential impacts on schedule and cost.

Collaborate with project teams and senior stakeholders to drive project performance and informed decision-making.

Promote consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across project controls functions.

Aradığımız Profil

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls, planning, cost control, or project management within large-scale infrastructure, engineering, or EPC environments.

Strong expertise in planning, scheduling, forecasting, reporting, and project performance management.

Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and project controls best practices.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leadership.

Experience in transportation, civil infrastructure, energy, utilities, or similar large-scale project environments is highly desirable.

Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.
