Production Manager

Production Manager – Chemical Engineering / Chemical Raw Materials

Our client is a leading local chemical manufacturer

based in Çorlu, specializing in innovative and sustainable chemical

solutions for the textile, paint, and coating industries.

We are looking for a Production Manager to

join our client's manufacturing team and take an active role in managing

improving, and optimizing production processes within the chemical

manufacturing industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s

degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

• 8-10 years of proven experience in chemical raw material production and

manufacturing processes.

• Experience

in Polyurethane (PU) production is highly preferred.

• Good

command of English, both written and spoken.

• Training

or certification in Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is preferred.

• Based

in Çorlu or willing to relocate.

Gereksinimler

Key

Responsibilities

• Monitor

daily production operations and ensure compliance with the production

plan.

• Conduct process

efficiency, work study, and process improvement activities across

production operations.

• Monitor

compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and

quality standards.

• Take an

active role in the development, optimization, and commissioning of

production processes for new products.

• Contribute

to the effective planning and utilization of workforce, machine

capacity, time, and raw materials.

• Monitor

key production performance indicators, including scrap, rework

downtime, and production efficiency, and develop improvement actions

accordingly.

• Conduct root

cause analysis of production-related problems and implement

sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

• Work

closely with Maintenance, R&D, Quality, Planning, and other

relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

• Contribute

to continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma

initiatives.

• Support

the development of the production team and ensure the sustainability

of shop-floor standards and best practices.
