Position Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes for the company’s existing operations and upcoming hotel and real estate projects. The role will have a strong focus on construction and project procurement, including tender processes, technical specifications, supplier and contractor selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management. We are looking for a hands-on procurement professional with strong commercial judgment who can effectively manage cost, quality, and project timelines while contributing to the development of structured and efficient procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for hotel construction and other investment projects
• Coordinate procurement requirements and technical specifications with project and technical teams
• Manage RFQ, tender, bid evaluation, and supplier/contractor selection processes
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, warranties, and other commercial terms
• Manage supplier and contractor contract processes, from negotiation through execution and follow-up
• Monitor procurement budgets, actual costs, and cost variances
• Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials and services in line with project schedules
• Develop alternative suppliers and sourcing options to manage cost and supply risks
• Monitor supplier and contractor performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery
• Establish effective procurement approval, documentation, and reporting processes
• Manage operational procurement requirements where needed
• Contribute to the systemization and continuous improvement of procurement processes

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, with solid experience in construction and project procurement
• Preferably experience in hotel developments, hospitality investments, real estate development, or construction projects
• Hands-on experience in technical specifications, RFQ, tender, and bid evaluation processes
• Strong experience in contract management and commercial negotiations
• Experience in supplier and contractor management
• Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
• Experience in procurement budgeting, cost analysis, and bid comparison
• Good understanding of construction project processes, schedules, and delivery requirements
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems
• Strong analytical, planning, and follow-up skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic project environment.
