İlan Detayları Location: Turkey / Adiyaman – Mersin when neededDuration: 12 Months MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS Under the supervision of the MEAL Coordinator, the MEAL assistant will: Draft and implement MEAL related task plans on weekly basis to ensure the organization of the workloadConduct data collection on field level according to adapted weekly plansEnsure that the collected data are accurate and in line with MEAL activities databaseAssist with the analysis the key findings MEAL activities using Excel and follow up on the proposed recommendationsTest monitoring tools and share feedback with the SARD Team based in TurkeySupport the MEAL Coordinator/officer on drafting survey tools according to the context of the implementation areasPrepare and share periodic reports about all the issues related to the implementation to the MEAL coordinator in TurkeySupport the accountability team with their activities when needed and on reviewing and updating the accountability information in line with SARD’s policies and guidelines as well as relevant International StandardsDevelop report template on M&E data collection and standardized presentations based on M&E data collectedDrafting lessons learned and success stories for the implemented projectsTravelling between the organization's offices in Mersin, Adiyaman and Gaziantep upon supervisor request to achieve MEAL related takesProvide data and tools translation support and verbal translation if neededMake sure that the SARD code of conduct and humanitarian principles are applied during the implementation and maintaining the confidentiality of information within MEAL departmentAdditional tasks: Perform other duties assigned to him/her by the direct supervisor and maintain flexibility at work, especially in emergency casesCode of Conduct Ensure that all MEAL activities are conducted in full respect to the humanitarian principlesConduct himself/herself both professionally and personally as per SARD’s code of conductREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES University degree in information management or any other related fieldA minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of work of private institutions and NGOsExcellent knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniquesAs well as Community Accountability and engagement and efficient Mechanisms to ensure itAble to communicate effectively with internal and external audiences both verbally and in writing to communicate complex information clearly and precisely in Turkish, English, and Arabic is preferredGood report writing skillsExcellent experience in Microsoft office especially ExcelAbility to withstand work pressure and skill in time managementSelf-motivation and teamwork spiritExperience in using Kobo/ODK data collection software and tool design.How to apply:https://forms.gle/5SwDQZtYq9djcCXj8before the closing date of April 15, 2024Only short-listed candidates will be contactedUnsuccessful applications will neither be acknowledged nor returned.Please note that any job application without an attached Cover Letter will not be consideredNote : CVs will be reviewed on a rolling basis
