İş Tanımı

• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders across a broad range of commercial and operational matters.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives while effectively mitigating legal risks.
• Support business functions on contractual matters and participate in commercial discussions and negotiations as required.
• Advise on employment law and consumer law matters, including day-to-day legal advisory support and risk assessments.
• Identify, assess, and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks associated with the Company's activities and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage external counsel, ensuring efficient delivery of legal services and consistency in legal positions.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of legal processes, policies, and governance frameworks to support the Company's continued growth.

Aradığımız Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Law and active registration with a Turkish Bar Association.
• Approximately 5-8 years of legal experience, gained in a leading law firm and/or a multinational or large-scale corporate environment.
• Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to provide practical, solution-oriented, and business-focused legal counsel to internal stakeholders and senior management.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and consumer law, with hands-on experience advising on related legal matters.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach to legal matters.
