We are seeking a Knitting Production Supervisor on behalf of our client company operating in the textile industry with a well-established corporate structure. Candidates who are results-oriented, possess strong analytical thinking skills, have a high problem-solving capability, and are open to learning will be considered.

Purpose of the Position

To ensure the effective end-to-end management of knitting production processes; achieving efficiency, quality, and sustainability targets; optimizing production operations; and improving team performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in knitting production processes
• Strong experience in team management and shopfloor operations
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel)
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Competent in reporting and performance tracking
• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills
• Disciplined in time management
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving
• Residing in Tekirdağ region or willing to relocate

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Ensure achieving efficiency targets by utilizing production factors effectively
• Plan daily workflow, assign tasks, and coordinate operations
• Establish, develop, and actively follow production processes and workflows
• Optimize the use of raw materials, machinery, equipment, and workforce
• Analyze production issues and manage resolution processes
• Prepare KPI reports and present them regularly to top management
• Participate in quality meetings and ensure necessary actions are taken
• Control machine settings and implement improvements affecting quality
• Prepare standard operating procedures, ensure implementation through training, and conduct audits
• Take an active role in continuous improvement activities (efficiency, quality, cost)
• Manage performance measurement and improvement processes
