QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION Intertoll Turkey İşletme ve Bakım A.Ş. – , 1915 Çanakkale Bridge and Motorway Project.Intertoll is an independent toll and motorway infrastructure developer and operator, with its head office in Budapest, Hungary.We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Officer who has following qualifications to work in our QHSE Department in our Operation and Maintenance Project in Çanakkale.

İş Tecrübesi, Yabancı DilThe ideal candidate should have… Bachelor s Degree in Environmental Engineering of universities,Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction or motorway operation sectorA-Level Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security,Expert level know-how on EHS Management systems and risk assessment methodologies,Experience in Auditing ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001,Experience in team management and experience in Environmental RegulationExcellent command of English,Proficient in using MS Office applications,Having knowledge of road safety,Preferably having NEBOSH certificate,Having ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001 Management System Standard Internal Auditor certificates,Strong interpersonal, negotiation, coordination, communication skills,Excellent problem solving and crisis management skills,Having B type driving license and active driver,Resident or able to reside in Çanakkale, What we expect:Ensure accurate reporting of events, analysis of hazardous situation and make regular measurement of strategies and platforms to assure improvement whereby necessary.Develop and implement Intertoll Procedures to its standardFormulate strategic plans to identify core workplace activities and work closely with decision-makers to determine best resultsSupervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff in terms of Health and SafetyDay-to-day accountability on Çanakkale project in accordance with instruction from Deputy Director People LeadershipHSE performance manages the team through setting and reviewing priorities. Provides appropriate and timely feedback about HSE performance and coaches staff to help them achieve their goals Local regulations Enquire all necessary reporting requested by local regulation risk assessment etc.In case of work related accident make sure appropriate paperwork is processed in a timely mannerEstablish an internal system to insure all work related accident are retorted in a timely fashionFill out timely declaration into the system for work related injuries with HR AssistantCollect information and prepare monthly-quarterly and semi annual reportsCollect and report all major event if needed as requested by the Client Potential inspection and auditing Insure all the Local regulations and the Group policies and requirement are followedInitiate all the requested steps to be prepared for Regulatory inspection, Group internal audit, or any other inspection related to HSE issues HSE ResponsibilitiesOrganizes and maintains the health, safety and environmental management system.Develops and implements the HSE action plans.Conducts regular HSE comittee meetings with Local Management members.Initiates, supervises and coordinates the site s risk assessments and ensure implementation of risk mitigation measures.Supervises accident and incident investigations.Designs and organizes emergency preparedness.Ensures the follow-up and compliance with HSE regulatory and Intertoll Group Level requirements.Ensures necessary HSE trainings are organized for the employees.Ensures the quality of HSE data reported to Local ManagementSupports the Deputy Director in HSE culture implementation. Maintain Compliance Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company
