İş Tanımı

• Support the development and implementation of the HSE Management System during engineering and project phases
• Assist project teams in risk management processes (HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, hazard analysis, etc.)
• Plan, define, and oversee safety procedures at both project and construction levels
• Conduct internal HSE audits and workplace inspections
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards
• Promote and communicate safety policies and procedures across the organization
• Participate in pre-construction surveys and identify safety risks with mitigation actions
• Investigate incidents and accidents, including reporting and root cause analysis
• Support occupational safety risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

Aradığımız Profil

A successful HSE Engineer should have

• Educational qualifications in engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is a must (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of HSE risk management methodologies and hazard identification practices
• Experience with HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigation processes
• Understanding of international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and local regulations
• Knowledge of emergency response planning and crisis management
• Experience with Permit to Work systems and safe work practices
• Ability to develop and implement project-specific HSE plans
• Understanding of contractor/subcontractor HSE management
