Group Accounting Tax Director

'The Group Accounting and Tax Director' will oversee accounting, tax, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal control processes across all domestic and international entities in accordance with international standards. Beyond operational leadership, this strategic role will drive financial transformation, ERP standardization, independent audits, and IPO preparations to support corporate growth. We are seeking a visionary leader with high ethical standards who can restructure the department and build a robust financial management culture.

Managing accounting, tax, and financial reporting processes across the group.

Establishing group-wide accounting policies and procedures and ensuring standardized implementation across all group companies.

Managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.

Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements.

Managing financial reporting processes in accordance with TFRS / IFRS.

Managing revenue recognition processes in EPC, contracting, and turnkey projects, specifically under IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers).

Ensuring proper accounting for long-term project accounting, contract assets and liabilities, progress billings, advances, variation orders, and claim processes.

Managing manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and inventory accounting processes.

Managing tax planning, corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and all other tax processes.

Managing VAT refund processes.

Coordinating tax audits, independent audits, and regulatory agency audits.

Leading the development and standardization of ERP accounting processes.

Establishing and continuously improving effective internal control systems group-wide.

Monitoring financial risks of group companies and regularly reporting to the CFO.

Taking an active role in IPO, M&A, restructuring, and international investment projects.

Driving the development of the accounting organization, managing teams, and improving team performance.

Ensuring the application of financial discipline, transparency, and corporate governance principles group-wide.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.

CPA (SMMM) certification is preferred.

A Master's degree and/or international finance/accounting certifications are preferred.

Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Minimum 8 years of leadership experience at the team and managerial level.

Prior experience in manufacturing companies is strictly required.

Prior experience in export-oriented manufacturing companies is strictly required.

Experience in machinery manufacturing, process technologies, industrial equipment, heavy industry, or similar sectors is preferred.

Experience working within a group company structure.

Experience in multi-entity and consolidation management.

Strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, and inventory accounting.

Proven track record in managing independent audit processes.

Active involvement in ERP implementation, transformation, or optimization projects.
