We are looking for a ‘German Speaking Workforce Management Business Partner’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in Türkiye Job Description;  You are responsible for one of our projects in the field of Customer Service.You are responsible for staff planning within the project.Development and continuous improvement of the Workforce Management WFM structure.Ensuring quality standards throughout the project.Develop historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control.Providing information to stakeholders through regular analyses.Provision of key performance indicators KPIs relevant to the project.Acting as the primary point of contact to the client on capacity, forecasting and performance related issues.

Job Requirements;  Extensive experience in Workforce Management is an advantage.Multi-year work experience in call centre and team management.Experience in developing historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control.Knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel and O365.High level of conflict resolution and decision-making ability, intuition and a strong will.Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.High degree of responsibility and ability to work independently.High resilience in the face of changing requirements.Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a very good numerical understanding.
