Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Finance Specialist for our client operating in the manufacturing industry, for whom we provide consulting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Preferably 4-7 years of experience in finance
• Hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong command of Logo ERP systems, including Tiger Enterprise, Tiger 3 Enterprise, Go3, and Netsis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1-C2 level)
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven and solution-focused approach to work

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management
• Support budgeting and financial planning processes
• Conduct income and expense analyses and monitor financial performance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial operations
• Act as a liaison between the accounting team in Turkey and the overseas finance management team
• Develop and improve financial reporting processes
• Analyze data obtained from ERP and reporting systems and present findings to management
• Support internal and external audit processes
