Field Area Manager

We are looking for a Field Area Manager for out global client in the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Auto parts technical and/or marketing background (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within the Aftermarket Industry
• Experience in brakes is an asset, but not mandatory
• Proven sales experience
• Technical educational background (university degree preferred)
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Visiting branches, depots, stores, and repair shops with customers; presenting product ranges, evaluating competitor stock, and promoting orders
• Participating in customer-organized events
• Organizing events to promote the product portfolio
• Promoting the brand in the field and implementing marketing initiatives, including distribution of merchandising materials and tools
• Delivering technical training to direct and indirect customers
• Providing technical support and acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments for technical inquiries
