Qualıfıcatıons

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a production/manufacturing company with an understanding of production, planning, quality and logistics processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and business partners.
• Strong knowledge of export operations, international trade, logistics and customs processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded, customer-oriented and results-driven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• No restrictions on international travel.

Job descrıptıon

• Develop and implement the company's export and international sales strategies in line with business objectives.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing international customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors, business partners and international market opportunities.
• Manage international sales activities, including quotations, pricing, negotiations, contracts and order management.
• Coordinate export orders closely with production planning, manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor customer requirements and ensure that products and services are delivered in accordance with agreed specifications and timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end export process, including order follow-up, documentation, customs procedures, logistics, and shipment coordination.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Organize and participate in international trade fairs, customer visits and business meetings.
• Monitor export sales targets and take necessary actions to achieve and exceed business objectives.
• Contribute to the company's international growth strategy and strengthen its position in global markets.
• Monitor market trends and developments within the automotive and automotive supply industries.
