Corporate Communications Team Leader

Description

We're looking for an Corporate Communications Team Leader for our client which is in service sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand management or event organization
• Experience in organization and event management
• Proficient in team management and leadership
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in protocol rules and corporate representation processes
• Experienced in supplier and stakeholder management
• Strong planning, coordination and crisis management skills
• Proficient in using MS Office programs

Good command of English YDS(e-YDS) 70, 84 TOEFL IBT, 71 PTE (second language is a plus)

Definition

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies.
• Conduct initiatives related to corporate branding, reputation and visibility.
• Manage communication processes with the press, media, public institutions, business representatives and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the website, social media accounts and digital communication channels.
• Ensure the preparation of corporate announcements, press releases, speech scripts, presentations and promotional content.
• Plan and execute summits, conferences, workshops, training sessions, openings, launches, award ceremonies, entrepreneurship events, investor meetings and similar events.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships and operational processes.

Plan protocol procedures and coordinate hospitality arrangements for high-level guests.

• Enhance employee engagement by developing internal communication initiatives.
• Ensure corporate identity standards are applied across all communication and event activities.
