Banking Finance Legal Manager

We are looking for a 'Banking Finance Legal Manager' for our business partner, a prominent holding group in the metals mining industry.

Managing end-to-end processes of structured finance projects.

Managing the legal operations of short-term loans and intercompany financing processes.

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking all loan and security documentation, including general credit agreements related to loan transactions.

Providing strong legal support to M&A, Tax, and Project Finance (PF) teams during mergers and acquisitions.

Researching law firms to obtain external legal support for projects, requesting and analyzing proposals, and organizing the processes in coordination with specialized lawyers.

Tracking general agreements and ensuring internal legal coordination within the team.

Holding a law degree from a university.

Having at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking and Finance law.

Having taken an active role in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects within the mining, energy, or logistics sectors.

Fluency in both written and spoken English (knowledge of an additional language is preferred).

Possessing strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements in English.

Demonstrating a deep understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of large-scale industrial projects.

Having a high level of focus, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Holding a law degree from a university.
