İş Tanımı

• Lead and oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the manufacturing operation, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring quality performance, leading root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer quality relationships, including customer audits, technical reviews, complaint resolution processes, and quality performance discussions.
• Ensure effective control of raw materials, in-process production, laboratory testing, and finished goods to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Lead internal and external audits, maintain the effectiveness of quality management systems, and ensure compliance with relevant industry certifications and standards.
• Partner closely with production, operations, R&D, supply chain, and commercial teams to support new product developments, qualification trials, and process improvement projects.
• Develop, mentor, and manage the quality team while fostering a strong quality environment throughout the organization.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and support supplier development activities to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

Aradığımız Profil

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control within customer-focused manufacturing organizations, with proven exposure to quality systems, customer quality management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, customer quality requirements, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing customer audits, customer complaints, quality reviews, and corrective action processes.
• Hands-on experience with root cause analysis, continuous improvement methodologies, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively with operations, production, supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS, FSC, PEFC, and related quality management standards.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with international customers and stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical, proactive, and results-driven approach with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
