Assistant Boutique Manager

As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Assistant Boutique Manager" with below requirements for our premium retail client. Job Description Support the Boutique Manager in coaching, developing, and engaging the boutique team. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer experiences and premium service standards. Drive sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets and KPIs. Foster a customer-centric culture while motivating and developing team members. Analyze customer feedback and Mystery Shopper results, implementing action plans for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams on boutique activations, visual merchandising initiatives, and customer engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards. Contribute to sales forecasting, performance reporting, and operational planning. Optimize boutique resources and support effective cost management. Build strong relationships with customers, local stakeholders, and surrounding retailers to enhance boutique visibility and business performance. Support customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention initiatives through effective relationship management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management and team leadership. Proven experience in direct sales of premium products and services. Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment. Passion for premium brands, customer engagement, and retail excellence.
