Provide professional consultation regarding hair transplantation, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dental treatments, and other healthcare services offered by the hospital. Understand patients needs and recommend suitable treatment options based on their expectations and requirements. Build trust with prospective patients and guide them throughout the decision-making process.

• Manage inquiries from international patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide professional consultation regarding hair transplantation, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dental treatments, and other healthcare services offered by the hospital.
• Understand patients' needs and recommend suitable treatment options based on their expectations and requirements.
• Build trust with prospective patients and guide them throughout the decision-making process.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial inquiry to treatment planning and appointment confirmation.
• Follow up regularly with prospective patients to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical, Operations, and International Patient Services teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of patient satisfaction.
• Ensure professional and timely communication with patients from different cultural backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally in both languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Previous experience in medical tourism, healthcare sales, international sales, or customer consulting is preferred.
• Knowledge of hair transplantation, plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dental treatments, and other medical procedures is highly desirable.
