retrieval strategies, embedding models, chunking techniques, and semantic search patterns.\u003cbr\u003e• Build scalable, secure, and governed AI applications following enterprise best practices.\u003cbr\u003e• Develop AI applications using Cortex Complete, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, Cortex AI Functions, and CoWork.\u003cbr\u003e• Leverage Snowflake native AI capabilities to build intelligent assistants and business copilots.\u003cbr\u003e• Design and optimize advanced RAG pipelines.\u003cbr\u003e• Implement hybrid search combining semantic and keyword retrieval.\u003cbr\u003e• Develop chunking, indexing, re-ranking, and context optimization strategies to maximize response quality.\u003cbr\u003e• Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Cortex Agents.\u003cbr\u003e• Build Planner–Tool–Executor–Refiner workflows capable of solving complex, multi-step business problems.\u003cbr\u003e• Integrate AI agents with enterprise tools, SQL, APIs, and business workflows.\u003cbr\u003e• Evaluate, optimize, and monitor agent performance for accuracy, reliability, and business outcomes.\u003cbr\u003e• Develop reusable prompt libraries and system prompts.\u003cbr\u003e• Optimize prompts for accuracy, consistency, latency, and business relevance.\u003cbr\u003e• Utilize Snowflake AI functions for summarization, classification, translation, sentiment analysis, and information extraction.\u003cbr\u003e• Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks using LLM-as-a-Judge methodologies.\u003cbr\u003e• Measure faithfulness, relevancy, groundedness, toxicity, hallucination, response quality, and Agentic AI performance.\u003cbr\u003e• Implement Cortex Guardrails and Responsible AI practices to ensure secure, trustworthy, and compliant AI responses.\u003cbr\u003e• Deploy AI applications across development, testing, and production environments.\u003cbr\u003e• Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for Snowflake AI solutions.\u003cbr\u003e• Ensure governance, monitoring, observability, access controls, and lifecycle management of AI applications.\u003cbr\u003e• Optimize inference performance, latency, and Snowflake credit consumption.\u003cbr\u003e• Monitor AI workloads and implement strategies for efficient compute utilization.\u003cbr\u003e• Design cost-effective AI architectures without compromising user experience.\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat You’ll Bring\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Data Platforms.\u003cbr\u003e• Minimum 2+ years building production-grade Generative AI or LLM-based applications.\u003cbr\u003e• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating Agentic AI applications on Snowflake is required.\u003cbr\u003e• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex Native AI Features, including Cortex Complete, Cortex Search, Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, CoWork, Snowflake AI Functions, Snowpark, and Snowflake Intelligence (preferred).\u003cbr\u003e• Strong expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Vector Embeddings, Semantic Search, Hybrid Search, Re-ranking, Context Window Optimization, Chunking Strategies, and Agentic AI Frameworks.\u003cbr\u003e• Hands-on experience implementing AI Evaluation Frameworks, LLM-as-a-Judge, Response Evaluation Metrics, Hallucination Detection, Groundedness Evaluation, Cortex Guardrails, Agentic AI evaluation, Responsible AI practices, and AI Quality Monitoring.\u003cbr\u003e• Experience with production deployment of AI applications, AI governance and security, model lifecycle management, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability, performance tuning, cost optimization, and Snowflake credit management.\u003cbr\u003e• Advanced SQL, Python, Snowpark (Python), Python UDFs, REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Streamlit (preferred).\u003cbr\u003e• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, PDFs, documents, meeting transcripts, knowledge bases, and enterprise document repositories.\u003cbr\u003e• Strong understanding of vector databases, embedding models, cosine similarity, high-dimensional indexing, and enterprise search architectures.\u003cbr\u003e• Strong knowledge of Snowflake Cortex native capabilities, including Cortex Analyst, Cortex Agents, CoWork, Cortex Search, Cortex AI Functions, and Snowflake Intelligence.\u003cbr\u003e• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and evaluating Agentic AI applications using Cortex Agents or similar agent frameworks is mandatory.\u003cbr\u003e• Hands-on experience with AI evaluation frameworks, Cortex Guardrails, production deployment, AI governance, security, monitoring, and Snowflake AI cost optimization.\u003cbr\u003e• Demonstrated ability to architect, build, deploy, and support enterprise-grade Generative AI applications on the Snowflake
