You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Key relationships: Psychiatrist, psychologist, PSS workers, MHPSS Center staff Main tasks and responsibilities:Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.Order Center supplies.Provide general support to visitors.Ensure effective internal communications. Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.Distribute stationery, office equipment, Office posts, and laptops.Promote and model a positive, professional, and respectful office culture.Other assigned duties. THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTSMandatory Qualifications required.A university Degree is mandatory.A university Degree in Business administration, Economics, engineering, IT, or any related specifications is Desirable.Minimum one year experience as an Administrative Officer.Three years’ experience as an Administrative Officer or admin assistant is desirable.Languages:Fluent written and spoken in Arabic.Upper-intermediate in the English language. Intermediate in Turkish language.Competencies:Administrative Principles MS – ExcelMS – WordGmail CONTRACT CONDITIONS The contract’s duration is 6 months.
