We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accounting Expert to join the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Accounting and Tax Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing and structuring financial processes from the ground up during the company’s transition to a standalone organization. Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience (preferably with manufacturing/factory operations and industrial accounting experience).
• Language Skills: Good command of spoken English.
• Technical Skills
• Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, SAGE X3, Oracle, or similar platforms) and knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish legislation, Local GAAP, VAT regulations, and TFRS/IFRS standards.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Personal Competencies: Proactive, highly analytical, strong relationship management and communication skills, result- and performance-oriented.
• Military Service: Completed military service for male candidates.
• Location: Residing in or able to relocate to the Tekirdağ-Çorlu or Lüleburgaz region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including supplier invoice processing and three-way matching.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor master data.
• Execute supplier payments, reconciliations, and ensure VAT/tax compliance.
• Support month-end closing, AP reporting, and general ledger postings.
• Contribute to ERP/AP process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal/external audit compliance.
